Joel McGlynn has been a professional travel counsellor for 38 years. Is this important? Of course, however Joel always says "I'm only as good as the service I provide to my next client!"

When a new client comes in, we don't look at them with "dollar signs" in our eyes. We welcome them, build up a rapport and listen! Then suggest what they may need, which is not always what they want.

We suggest the best cruise ship and cruise line that suits their requirements, not a cruise line that may be offering us a better incentive. We are only a phone call away from making you a member of our cruise family of happy clients.
